Cancellation Policy
DEPOSITS: We require a deposit in order to book a tattoo appointment. DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE! Deposits go towards the price of the session and are deducted from the total of that scheduled session. We have a strict 72 hour cancellation policy. We can reschedule your appointment one time before the 72 hours. More than one reschedule means your deposit is forfeited and another deposit is needed to reset the appointment. No call No show = Forfeit of deposit. All deposits are void after 2 weeks if appointment is not rescheduled. If you cancel your appointment at any time, you lose your deposit. PAYMENTS: Cash is preferred. Any electronic payment made will be subject to an additional charge of 3.5%. We accept any card transactions, apple pay, cashapp or venmo. CANCELLATION POLICY: We have a strict 72 hour cancellation policy. We value all of our clients’ time as well as our own. Missing an appointment impacts not only the tattoo artist but other clients who could have taken that time slot. Being more than 30 mins late (without prior arrangements/communication) is considered a no show and your appointment in forfeited. RESCHEDULING: I realize that sometimes rescheduling happens. Make sure you give me 72 hours notice and I will happily reschedule you. I will only reschedule your appointment once, after that….it's back to square one!
